How do your sizes run?
Currently, all sizes are in men's US. We do not currently offer any products in women's sizing although we plan to in the near future. Certain products run differently than others so make sure to check the product descriptions to ensure you are ordering the correct sizes.
How often do you release new products?
We are constantly releasing new collections/products. Follow us on instagram @culturecloset_ and sign up for our mailing list to stay up to date on our latest products. If you would like to see products inspired by a certain artist that we currently do not carry, feel free to contact us using the form on the "Contact Us" page to let us know!

Our site is 100% secure. We have an SSL encrypted checkout process to ensure that all of your personal data is secure. We are also certified McAfee Secure to guarantee that none of your personal information will be comprised while on our site.
What should I do if I have questions regarding my order?

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address in my order, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately through our "Contact Us" page. We begin working on and fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Though it usually never takes this long, many of our products are made after the order is placed so as to ensure the highest quality. You will receive shipping information for your order as soon as it's available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions regarding when your order will arrive.
Do you accept returns?
We typically do offer returns as we understand that sometimes mistakes happen so if you are sent out the wrong product or a product is damaged, we would be more than happy to get that taken care of for you.
